Wendi, my wife and the founder of this blog, and I attended our first blogging conference this summer: Bloggy Conference 2016, which was held at Cedar Point. It was there we met Katrina Reed, from Miller Boat Lines, who attended the conference to build relationships with bloggers. From the meeting, we were given two tickets for ferry rides from Miller Boat Line and a golf cart from E's Golf Carts. There was a twist: Katrina wanted our dog, Owney, to "write" the blog. He was more than happy to … [Read more...]
Can Someone Please Explain Frozen Custard to Me?
On Aug. 4, Wendi took me out for a dinner experience at The Melting Pot in Legacy Village. We had a wonderful time (you can read about it here). Downtown Wooster Transforming into Foodie Destination

The Bloggy … [Read more...]

But, it is a big deal if you have a number of aging veterans in wheelchairs at the top of the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C., when you hear the news. Wendi and I were blessed to travel with a group of veterans from Wayne and Holmes counties in Ohio to the nation's capital as part of the Honor Bus Trip, designed to take veterans to see the war memorials. Don Way of All-Ways Trans Plus … [Read more...]
