Great Times with Great-Nephews

Bobby and I don't have children — unless you count the four-legged kind—but we do have nieces and nephews. Some of those nieces and nephews have children. That makes us great aunt and uncle to a few really great kids. This summer we have been able to enjoy time with two of our great-nephews, De'Aveon and Noah. Heart and Sole 5K

I participated in a 5K today. I say participated, because God did not create my body for running. The 5K was part of the Ohio Challenge Series Buehler's Heart & Sole event. There was a half marathon, 10K and a 5K Run/Walk. I don't know how many people participated-either walking or running-but my number was 498 and Bobby's was 499. I celebrate my birthday for a week. I have been doing that for over 25 years now.
