Today I am celebrating my tenth anniversary with The Village Network. Before November 21, 2005, the longest I stayed with any one organization was four years. That was at my college, in the Secretarial Pool, when I was working about 15-20 hours a week, while I was attending classes. When I started at The Village Network, we were called Boys' Village. Heart and Sole 5K
I participated in a 5K today. I say participated, because God did not create my body for running. The 5K was part of the Ohio Challenge Series Buehler's Heart & Sole event. There was a half marathon, 10K and a 5K Run/Walk. I don't know how many people participated-either walking or running-but my number was 498 and Bobby's was 499. Celebrate with Josh Krajcik
I celebrate my birthday for a week. I have been doing that for over 25 years now. However, there are some birthday weeks that are more memorable than others. Like the year that Bobby and I and 2 other couples took a long weekend in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Or the year that I brought home Mr. Thoms, a yellow long haired cat, to become part of our family.
