I don't know how many times I have driven north on State Route 3 out of Wooster, but rarely is there a time (during business hours) that Hartzler's Ice Cream Shoppe has an empty parking lot. I am usually on my way somewhere, so I haven't been able to stop by to try them at the shop. (I do visit them during the Wayne County Fair.) A Pleasant (and Filling) Evening in Richmond, Virginia
This should be the final installment of our Richmond, Virginia trip (but Bobby informs me it won't be, because we did stop in Charlottesville, VA on the way home). Cowhaus Creamery Flavors Know No Boundaries
Bobby, my husband, took Owney and me for a ride on a recent Friday night. He had heard about a new artisan ice cream shop, Cowhaus Creamery, that will be coming to Wooster, Ohio in the very near future. He decided that we needed to do some market research by going to see the original location in Oberlin, Ohio. Over the Rhine started as a four-member, alternative, indie music group in Cincinnati, and over the past 25 years it has become the husband-and wife duo of Linford Detweiler and Karin Berquist and whoever is touring with them.
