My mom, Wendi, started her “stay”cation on Friday. My dad, Bobby, is starting his on Monday. I don’t know what that really means, other than they are home instead of at work, messing up my day time routine. But the one nice things, is I can be put outside during the day. I know it is a little cooler these days, but I have a fur coat that lets me handle the cold a little longer than people. On Friday was the best, because I was outside when the UPS truck came through the neighborhood.

I have alluded to my attitude toward delivery people in general in past posts. I basically hate them. Their trucks are noisy and well they are just plain obnoxious. So, whenever they come through, I let the neighborhood know to be on the lookout.

Mom thinks it is funny how worked up I can get over the UPS truck, so she decided to take pictures of it. I’m not sure it captures my best side, but then again I wasn’t posing for the camera, I was giving the truck “what for” as best as I could.

If you think this is bad, you should see me when I’m out for a walk and hear the guy coming. (With those kinds of trucks, I can hear them long before I ever see them.)

I have seen that houses are being decorated with lights around the neighborhood. That can only mean one thing…the UPS and FedEx will be making plenty of visits to my neighborhood. I can’t wait! Maybe, they will even be coming to my house!
