Can’t Believe it’s Been Ten Years and Counting!
Today I am celebrating my tenth anniversary with The Village Network. Before November 21, 2005, the longest I stayed with any one organization was four years. That was at my college, in the Secretarial Pool, when I was working about 15-20 hours a week, while I was attending classes. When I started at The Village Network, we were called Boys' Village. 77 Hand Motions: You Won’t Believe the Story They Tell
I signed up to attend a Walk Thru the Old Testament event being held at Parkview Christian Church on October 23 and 24. I had no idea what to expect. Brian White, the senior minister at Parkview, had said it was an interactive event that would teach us the Old Testament. The event, when all was said and done, totaled about five hours. Breaking: I am Friends with Facebook Again
It has been a couple of years since I have had an active Facebook account. When I first joined the social media site it was because I gave into peer pressure.
