Carnegie Deli Closing its Doors Today, We Got There Just in Time

Well, Wendi and I got there in time, sort of. My wife, Wendi, the founder of this blog, was scheduled to give a presentation on the Council of Accreditation's annual conference at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria in midtown Manhattan. Imagine you willingly lock yourself in a room with nine of your friends and you have 45 minutes to figure out a mystery to get out. That is how I spent Saturday night, November 5, 2016. On Aug. 4, Wendi took me out for a dinner experience at The Melting Pot in Legacy Village. We had a wonderful time (you can read about it here). Cowhaus Creamery — Now Downtown Wooster has Artisan Ice Cream

Bobby, my husband, and I took a trip to Oberlin this past spring to try Cowhaus Creamery. (You can read about that trip here.)We did so because we had heard the owners, Joe  Bomback and Debby Krejsa, were opening a location in downtown Wooster, Ohio. Valravn Roller Coaster Revisited

I had the opportunity to be one of the the first 1,500 people to ride the new rollercoaster at Cedar Point, the Valravn, in May 2016. It was a great experience-took my breath away. The coaster is the tallest, fastest, longest dive coaster in the world. I recently returned to Cedar Point for Bloggy Con 2016 the weekend of September 16-18.
