When Wendi and I were students at what is now Cincinnati Christian University, one of the places we enjoyed going to grab a bite to eat was Penn Station East Coast Subs. We lived in Cincinnati in the early 1990s, and at the time, Penn Station made all their subs on a grill. They were known for their steak-and-cheese subs, fresh-cut fries and fresh-squeezed lemonade. Between the Clap Out from fifth grade for my great nephew, DeAveon and the VIP Charity Event at Cedar Point Shores Water Park, my husband, Bobby, and I took a detour into Norwalk. On the Saturday of my birthday week, my husband, Bobby, introduced me to a new ice cream place in Wooster.  This was not an official birthday celebration event, as both he and I were done celebrating.
