When the city editor at The Daily Record, Jarred Opatz, went on vacation, I put in a lot of hours trying to fill his shoes. The job seemingly never ends, and I had a lot of overtime when he was gone. I love iced coffee. My first photo on Facebook in January 2009 was of me drinking an iced coffee in a Dunkin' Donuts. I grew up in Revere, Mass., just outside Boston, where people drink iced coffee like Southerners drink sweet tea. Ever since my wife, Wendi, and I purchased a new Broil King grill from Home Appliance, with two Ohio locations in Lodi and Brunswick, we have been grilling out a lot more, and I have been on a grilled pizza kick, having made four grilled pizzas within the span of a week.
